Q		Do any of the fillers use animal substances?
A		No! All of the fillers that we use are made from substances that can be found naturally in our own bodies such as Polylactic acid and Hyaluronic acid.

Q		Does it hurt?
A		No, you may experience a little discomfort and an anaesthetic cream would be applied to the area.

Q		Are there any side effects?
A		Side effects are extremely rare as the products are natural based. You may experience slight discomfort from the needle and a small number of people experience minimal bruising or swelling. However, this is always short lived.

Q		How soon will I see a result?
A		You will be pleased to see your results immediately.

Q		How long will it last?
A		Most patients opt for a follow-up treatment between 6-9 months after the initial treatment. Subsequent treatment is cumulative and lasts longer.

Q		Can it be used in conjunction with other treatments?
A		Yes, it is perfectly safe and allows you to undertake other treatments.

Q		Will I be swollen or bruised?
A		Swelling and bruising does vary from person to person, you may experience some degree of swelling/bruising especially the lip area. This however usually is only for the first 48 hours and usually subsides within 48 hours.

Q		How long does treatment last for?
A		How long your treatment lasts for varies depending how quickly your body depletes the product but anything from 9 months to 2 years.

Fillers are priced per syringe, we cannot advisehow many syringes they will need, for instance some people will only require 1 syringe others may require 2 or 3 etc. Price depends on the severity of the wrinkle(s) or fold(s) and the practitioner will discuss this at the consultation together with the price of treatment.
